a lot of people having this problem with the Steam screenshot hotkey, which is usually F12 - try to google for "steam screenshot black"
but if you know that F5 works, which is usually the binding in the CS-config like : bind "f5" "snapshot", you know how to fix this problem...
i dnt use steam-hotkeys, but i also get a black screen screenshot when using "print" button on the keyboard...
so, its nothing wrong with your PC...
